About André

André spent five years as an assistant state attorney in Miami-Dade, prosecuting DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide cases. He learned to work with crash reconstructionists, read toxicology reports and present technical evidence to jurors in plain terms.

He joined Hartwell & Pierce in 2012 and handles motorcycle, pedestrian and serious car accident cases. A rider himself, André is known for turning 'I never saw the motorcycle' into the most important admission in the case.

André serves North Miami's Haitian community through free legal clinics (sample) and is a mentor with a local law school's trial advocacy program.
