About Rebecca
Before law school, Rebecca worked eight years as an ICU and emergency department nurse at a large Miami hospital. She saw the pressures that lead to missed diagnoses and medication errors, and she knows what the nursing notes should say when care is done right.
At the firm she screens every medical malpractice inquiry, directs the pre-suit expert review process and handles depositions of physicians and nursing staff. Her background lets clients get a candid answer early about whether their case meets Florida's standard.
